ESTATE Ultra Bar is a "social dining + drinking" destination with a Dining Menu that features a playful approach to seasonal American fare. Available Dinner and Late Night, most plates are presented in sharable portions, but are hearty enough for one. The Drinking Menu has original cocktail recipes created with modern techniques, plus specialty 'Skinny' drinks. Additionally, the U-Bar for the iGeneration has an extensive craft beer selection from many Midwest breweries and imported favorites both on tap and by the bottle. Wine enthusiasts will be pleased to find a well-rounded global selection available by the glass and bottle.
Entertainment in the 8000 square foot ESTATE includes sporting and TV events on numerous TVs, including two 70" flat screens plus a timeless Rock & Pop soundtrack. Friends can dine + drink in the Atrium, Living Room, Dining Room, and Trophy Room. Additionally, each space is available for private parties. ESTATE recently opened the second of three exterior spaces, the StarDeck, Chicago's largest open air rooftop restaurant & lounge sprawling over 4000 square feet with Vegas-style furniture & decor, a custom made European sound system and breathtaking view of the City's skyline. Visitors can also dine + drink on our Terrace overlooking the Chicago River. ESTATE also has a third outdoor space in the works, the three season Gazebo.

Centrally located in the great City of Chicago, ESTATE is minutes away from bustling neighborhoods River North, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, Bucktown and the West Loop. The venue is easily accessible off the Division Street exit of I-90/94 and is on a unique strip of Elston Avenue that features free street parking, bike lanes and is adjacent to the Chicago River.
